The home is livable but needs some TLC.  If you are handy, you can come into this unit, clean it out and fix it up, you would be first in line. 

There is a video of the condition of the unit when it was being rehabbed before the tenants moved-in.

This is a great quiet and friendly community.  Law breakers are not tolerated.  The policy is "no pay; no stay & no play; no stay".  If you pay your rent and follow the rules, all goes well.  In addition to the quality community, there are large mature trees throughout the community that provide shade and insulate almost every home.

Complete steps 1 & 2 on our website to schedule a walkthrough.  When you get to the home, call us, we will get on the security cameras and provide you with the dynamic lockbox code that changes every 5 minutes.  We will be on the phone with you as you walk through the home to answer any questions.

Rental Application (After Walkthrough)
If you like what you see after the walkthrough, you will be asked to fill out a rental application online and each adult will need to pay the $39 application fee to the screening company.  We will then verify the information in your application.  Income (+) and utility/rental debt (-) are weighted heavily in our qualification criteria.
